# 2066 Labs AI Workflow Audit Checklist

Use this checklist to judge whether a team is ready for a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator engagement.

The goal is simple: find the team and work surfaces where AI can permanently change how recurring work gets done.

## Checklist

1. Name the team, function, or workflow group.
2. List the recurring work surfaces that shape the team's output.
3. Identify owners, reviewers, source systems, and final audiences.
4. Collect two or three safe artifacts showing current outputs.
5. Mark where work is rebuilt, delayed, checked, approved, or dropped.
6. List tools, agents, automations, or skills already tried.
7. Decide what AI can draft, what humans approve, and what data stays out.
8. Define what regular AI use and self-sufficiency would look like.
9. Pick the first transformation to build and the pattern that could scale.
